Colt AR upper and lower question

I have a Colt Match Target AR lower. It also has Target Model on the receiver.

I imagine the lower was produced, during the 94 AWB.


Does anybody know, if it accepts mil-spec Colt uppers ? If it does not, what are my options ? Do I need to send it to a gunsmith ?
