Company doing blueprinted 700 barreled actions?

I saw awhile back about a company doing tried and blueprinted Remington 700 barreled actions for a good price but can’t recall who it was.

I wanna say it was like $700 or so for a complete BA that was threaded.

anyone have any idea? Looking for a 6.5 creed.
