Congratulations to Colorado

Re: Congratulations to Colorado

I actually signed on as a plaintiff with/for RMGO when my college 'tried' to do this a few years ago. It never got traction and we never went to court because when CU lost the first time in 2010 my college withdrew the idea. I've met with Dudley many times and almost did an internship with him but I couldn't make the hours work. He's the single most passionate, non-compromising lobbyist we as gun owners have. I'm glad to have somebody like this in our corner and that fact that he lives right down the street is cool too.

He also makes a very good case as to why the NRA is NOT a friend of firearms. It's pretty funny to hear him on the radio stations around here because he hammers the NRA for compromising and selling us out.

Boulder is where all this started, you know they've got a giant hard-on for this. The other college's tried to follow suit but backed off when CU got it's ass kicked... Twice. When my school tried it (never went into effect) the students, and students I would never suspect, hated the idea of banning weapons on campus. It was pretty interesting times as the student paper which is usually just regurgitating the President's (of the school and others) bullshit, turned on him and his staff and just tore him up in every single daily edition of the paper. A few of us signed on with RMGO for the lawsuit that never happened and a ton of students wore empty holsters around campus for a few weeks, I even heard that some professors did as well. Now they're back to sucking his cock though and supporting his unending tuition hikes that fund a seemingly endless number of new building projects. Short memories.

However, just like this most recent case they'll be back with another modified attempt. At some point they'll take it to the state legislature and with the aid of the always anti-gun Denver, it'll pass as state law.

Re: Congratulations to Colorado

CU used to be one of my accounts.

I bet Boulder residents are pulling out their dreadlocks right about now. Boulder is a very unique town full of mostly idiots wearing rose colored glasses.

I used to get lectured by the greenies and my choice of vehicles. Dodge 3500 w/cummins.
After the 4th or 5th lecture....
Nothing was more fun than driving through their with my Juice with Attitude turned way up...

CU is an interesting campus. I haven't seen many universities where the freshman drive Austin Martin's, Mercedes or Maserati's ..and I'm talking about the chicks...

Good for Colorado though... 'bout time
