Hi All. Thanks for your feedback in advance.
I am getting ready to buy 2 new scopes. Revic is one of the contenders, but don't know anyone who actually owns one.
I would like candid analysis of the Revic.
Key factors for me are:
Glass Quality
Reticle (MIL) ease of use
Eye Box
Electronic quality and Accuracy....

Seems on par (glass wise) with the Gen 2 Razor (not surprising). Reticle is fine, but with the HUD I don’t use it for anything other than wind holds.

Electronics are solid, easy to operate and more importantly, easy to update.

Accuracy wise, it tracks well. It has to, since the encoder is monitoring the elevation knob. If it didn’t track, the firing solutions would never work well.

There are some nuanced things to deal with (like the “zero” not always displaying the exact zero range in the HUD)? Yes. But realistically and pragmatically, the Revic just flat out works.

No there is not. TBH though, I rarely shoot with more than 10 mils of elevation, so it's pretty easy to know/remember when I dialed up a full turn, plus the HUD will tell you the range as a clue too.

Well...after lurking here for a while and reading all the debates I sucked it up and ordered the Revic RX MIL with a Spuhr mount for my DTA SRS A2. Hopefully it lives up to the hype.

I got the same one and so far so good. Haven’t taken it out long yet or really put it through it’s paces but for normal range use it is great. Let us know what you think after you try it out.

Well, got it setup and shot with it out to 800 today. Still need to do some chrono next week to work out tightening up the profile beyond that. Overall it is very clear glass and very forgiving. RX1 Mil reticle is great for assessing and measuring corrections.
