Convert 10-pin Maritime to U174?

I have a Sordin headset with a 10-pin downlead. But my PTT accepts a U174... and I can't seem to find any adapter or alternate PTTs that would accept the 10-pin female downlead.

So... anyone have a wiring diagram? Or another solution?
