Got my first coyotes with the 6mm creedmoor & 105 Amax. Puts a wallop on them at 200 yds.

All my shots have been so far either head or chest no exit with no damage. haven't had a real close shot yet ( under 100 yards) so not sure on pass through. I'm almost out of 105 Amax ( discontinued) but now have a good load with the 108 eld and I love the way these are shooting so far & will soon see what they do to a coyote. I am after the biggest coyote I've ever seen, so far every time I call his area his girlfriends come in to be shot but he has been elusive this year. going after him hard this weekend if I have to walk 10 miles in his territory. hopefully he stands about 5-600 yards away looking at me thinking he's safe long enough to dial up my scope, HA HA!!

For fur the 85 grain sierra bthp is one of the best I've used in a 243, but it has shit for b.c. if you're going to stretch it. I'm shooting the 87 vmax in my 6 creed at 3400 fps right now. Sometimes it's good and other times it's a horror show, but it drops coyotes like lightning hit them.

Got a Ruger Precision Rifle in 6mm Creedmoor a few weeks ago and my Nightforce ATACR 4-16x50 arrives from the jolly little elf in the brown truck tomorrow, according to the tracking. Yeah, I’m excited. Can’t wait to warm up the barrel on the coyotes out here in the desert soon!
