Going to have TS customs make me a 6 dasher barrel and can’t decided which blank I should go with. They offer benchmark and CRB. Which would be the way to go?

Benchmark offers both cut rifled and button rifled barrel blanks, I would confirm which one TS is carrying. My assumption would be cut rifled, but no harm in double checking. Travis at TS wouldn't carry anything that doesn't perform excellent. The last barrel he cut for me was a hammer.

Between Benchmark and CRB I don't think you can go wrong with either. My most recent barrel order was for a CRB. I've heard good things and want to see those guys do well. The old Hawk Hill barrels were great. CRB is the same barrel making equipment with two guys who are very focused on attention to detail.

Bartlien, kreiger, benchmark, brux, hawk hill ( CRB).

Pick one in contour and twist you want. Doubt you will be unhappy with any of them.

I had 5 CRBs spun up and am working on burning up the first one. Also have hawk hills and bartleins I'm still shooting as well. The CRB comp contour is my favorite so far. About a lb less than a strait taper and balances most modern chassis out perfectly without needing a ton of weights.

I shoot mostly Bartlein but have 2 CRB Comp contours and I do love that profile even a bit more than the Heavy Varmit Bartlein I shoot on my beloved 308.
