Hello I bought Crimson Trace Laser grips LG-401 from a forum member here last week . I emailed Crimson trace asking what size allen keys were needed to adjust the laser , The very nice customer service rep Amalia Teutimz replied ( 1-800-442-2406 )

The size is .029, they are made spefically for our products and can't be found in stores. We'll happily send you a few extras though! Please reply with your complete address and I'll get those right out to you.

I received this return email the same day and 3 days later the allen keys and extra battery's were in my Po box ,I never have had such outstanding customer service , I am really surprised that from my first email to receiving the allen keys took under 3 business days , Just wanted to pass on my experience with Crimson Trace Laser thanks geoff3
