How are they usually done?

Are they fused to original handle? If so how?

Is original bolt end cut off?

IS the new end fabricated or bought?

In reference to which bolt handle/knob???

Turned & Milled

Some epoxy,some silver braze,some weld.

Machining eliminates the hand work.

Fabricated.
