Anyone know of good holster maker in the Richmond Va area. I know the guys at TTI/Rapture Tactical will do it but lookingto see if there is other options. If there is a online site you have used let me know. This is my setup for a holter.....HK VP9L align tactical thumb rest, tlr-1h and holoson optic.

I have only ever used kydex. Have heard leather is easier on skin and doesnt break like kydex if smashed. Have seen holsters with both but never held one. Would need some insight on leather. Would probably get two holsters eventually one for carry and one on range belt.
Check out Backwoods Leather in Windsor. they used to run a shop in P-Town, not sure if they have an actual retail store now, I only see a Facebook. I still have a couple Glock holsters, been rocking a G19 rig from them for about 20+ years.
Looking at the map, on 460, so an easy jump for you. Looks like its near where Blackwater Trading Post (Zuni)was over 40 years ago, ran by a guy named "Speedy" Speedy liked coke and got noticed. I think prior to that the previous owner was killed.
