Up for sale is my custom Rem 700 Long Action cambered in 300 Norma. It has a trued Rem 700 Long Action with a 29” Straight contour Bartlien barrel with a 1-9 twist and a custom muzzle break. It is bedded in a XLR tactical chassis, custom painted, with a drop out magazine and a Bix’n Andy Tacsport pro two stage trigger.
The scope is a S&B PMII 5-25x56 with a P4 fine reticle with Spuhr mount.
This gun was chambered by a friend/gunsmith in the St Louis area. The gun was my favorite gun to shoot at our long-distance range. The long-distance range is now closed. This gun has about another half life on the barrel. It also sometimes closes hard when chambering a round. My gunsmith try to do the best he could. Some cartridges close just fine. I just want the buyer to beware. I have a H1000 load data for Berger 215s if someone is interested.
The rifle has around 500 rounds through it.
