I am dropping off my CZ 455 Precision Trainer at Benchmark to have it threaded for my Sparrow. I originally plaaned on cutting it to 16" since probably over 50% of my shooting will be supressed. However, I am worried that a short barrel with the long forearm will be odd. Should I leave it at 20" or find a happy medium at 18"? Rifle will be used primarily for prone target shooting. Any Advice? Any pics? Thanks for the help.

That is an awesome looking gun. I wish I owned it...

I guess its all personal preference. I kinda dig the short barrel compared to the forearm.

I'm with the 16" crowd as well for this stock. With the longer forearm of the Manners and short barrel it has a certain bull dog look that just says awesomeness all day long.

Thanks to everyone for their advice. Went 16" and you were right, it looks great. Put it all together yesterday and off to the range tomorrow. Thanks!
