CZ 457 Firing Pin Profiling

Profiled the firing pin on my 457 MTR to strike inside the rim for better ignition. It seems to be working fine and I have had zero problems , I am a little uneasy with the small foot print. As it came from the factory the footprint was very shallow, just wanted to pass this along to everyone.

Did you start getting better groups? Chrono'd and reduced the SD/ES?

The work did reduce some of fliers I was getting, didnt chrono, was hoping to see if others had done this to their 457's and the results they got.

I'm going to have to try this. I noticed mine seems a little light however I haven't had any malfunctions yet knock on wood.
