CZ BUYS COLT

The folks at Colt have made remarkable progress over the past decade...working out of large, burdensome debts and putting their financial house in good order. The debt load and terms put the company in an almost untenable situation. A few years there through the early 2000’s, it was probably only held together with bubble gum and hope. For decades the ONLY asset of value at Colt was the name. Reading through the release it also appears CZ had an IPO and successfully became a publicly traded corporation in mid-2020. It will be interesting to see how product development moves forward for both manufacturers.
