I have been searching all over the place and I narrowed down to these two scope. I read good things about them and price is very reasonable. (made in Japan, so I know glass will be somewhat better than others at this price range)

Weaver RV7 (2.5x7x28mm)

Weaver RV9 (3-9x32mm A/O)

I don't hunt, probably just shooting paper target or small random targets. I like the look of small (28mm) scope on CZ455, but I think A/O will be useful?. (not sure I even need it)

Some advice will be great,

Thanks.

IF you are just gonna shoot paper be sure whatever you choose has a fine retical. Often the retical is larger than the POA and it is hard to get consistent groups.

Just plinking? Bushnell Elite 3200 Tactical 10x is pretty hard to beat. I don't hink you need an adjustable objective either. I tend to spend a lot of money on glass so I am not the best to give advice. What I have suggested is FOR ME an absolute minimum.
