I posted up a while back about the D760. Recently, I purchased the iPhone adapter kit from MOD Armory. The D760 is simply awesome. The clarity and accuracy are simply amazing. I have made shots with no external IR out to 150y with zero problems. I know that the scope is capable of much much more. So, when I saw Camille post up about the iPhone adapter, I had to give it a try.

Initial impressions. Machining of the adapter ring was awesome. Everything fit together and the locking ring allows the phone to be left or right and vertical. The iphone holder portion fit the phone perfectly with a neat system of sticky fiber disks to put just enough pressure on phone to keep it stable. Here is what it looks like mounted on the gun.

As you can see, when the phone is not in it, very little room is taken up by the mount. Very happy. Now on to the good part. The only disadvantage I can see is that you are really limited to your phone when it is on there.

Took it out hunting last night. I looked around and messed with the focus but I was most surprised that I could easily see the reticle and track moving targets. To shoot, I simply put the crosshair on the target and squeezed the trigger. Was a bit like playing Modern Combat on my phone. Badass does not begin to describe how good this really is.

Very happy with my setup. Dont know that I will always use the phone on it, but with two people, I could also film their shots as well. Rifle is a suppressed 16" Stag AR using 68gn Hornady Match bullets. Enjoy. Thanks Hunter and Camille for making it happen!

Good review. but....
Dude you need to take a re-Pic. because you are NOT doing justice to the 760 with that Pic .
That BIG Obj. gen-3 6x just sucks it all-in & gets crystal image without aid of IR supplement on most nights .
.

Uuupps , sorry bout that . my apologies . .. LOLHAhaha
I saw the 2 pictures titled ( Pig # 1 -&-Pig #2 ) . but thought they read ( Pic #1 - Pic.#2 ) . the VIDEO Looks Good .

D760 6x style is Good unit & was the 1st thing I ever bought as an NV unit .
They are big on the packing around but they are lighter than the older D760 Raptor units . I got nothing but good to say about them on the image quality they bring to the eye . They really shine if you want pinpoint accuracy down range.
Like your saying shots past 150 & 200 yrd. is there @ your fingertip . & because it has that BIG Obj. it can draw every stray Proton to image, that others cant equal unless supplemented with IR . Max field yardage for target impact, it's all up to you on how far you can push your limits on a bullet @ night when it's backed by your IR on the nights that are clouded or No Moon .
