Danish HTK scope mount - rifle or mortar / artillery?

I have a scope mount I can't identify other than the Danish mark for Harens Tekniske Korps (used 1960 to 1969). I am thinking it might have been used on a non rifle application. Does anyone recognize it?

Looks like it’s designed to pivot. So could be mounted next to a gun or rocket on a turret or similar platform.

If I were to guess it looks like it goes with some kind of coaxial gun. Some types of recoiled guns, for example, had coax rifles that could fire a “spotter round” from a .50 or the like.
