Start 10:00 A.M.
<span style="font-weight: bold">Registration by April 2nd, 2010</span>
The David's Gun Room Silenced Rifle Shoot is a challenging course of fire designed to test a shooters capacity to rapidly engaged multiple targets at known and unknown distances. Shooters will be required to make shots under varying conditions from the bench, prone, kneeling and from elevated positions at static, dynamic and reactive targets at both day and night. All rifles MUST BE SUPPRESSED. This course is designed to be fun and to expose the shooter to actual field conditions not seen on traditional ranges.
The competition will be a team event with each team consisting of one shooter and one spotter who will both shoot the complete course of fire. This is a forty round match (eighty rounds per team) that will be divided into two sessions. Competitors may bring up to two rifles (four rifles per team) as a portion of the course will favor AR style rifles and a portion favors traditional tactical bolt guns.
Registration covers range fee and multiple tannerite targets. Shooters may register in the following ways:
Register by Friday April 2nd, 2010
Shooter, No Partner/Spotter $35
Team (Swap Shooter/Spotter rolls) $70
Shooter, Non Shooting Spotter $35

<span style="font-weight: bold">Rules, Requirements and General Information</span>
Hearing and Eye Protection
Rifles may be of any non-magnum caliber with velocities under ~3,000fps.
No AP or Barnes Bullets Allowed
The match requires 40 rounds of ammo. Bring this plus what you wish to practice with.
NO MAGNUMS ALLOWED!!! (Yes I stated this twice on purpose)
Range Finders Allowed, but will not make up for crappy shooting skills.
To better assist you in understanding and preparing for this match you will be required to make shots from the following positions.
1. On The Bench. The benches are slabs of granite, very stable.
2. Prone. There will be a shooting mat for your use
3. Kneeling/Freehand. One, the other or possibly both.
4. Elevated. You must climb a tower and shoot prone from the deck
5. Close Range. Just one, maybe two shots. Your scope won’t help.
The intent of this competition is for you to use a rifle you would use in actual field conditions, given that you may choose a mission specific rifle (hence the ability to bring two guns). In order to detonate the tannerite you need a rifle of .223 caliber or larger, using a pointed bullet.
