George Romero should shoot the one responsible for this in the head. I love a zombie flick as much as the next, but this was in no way deserving of a title designating this as a remake. It was ok, but more of a Resident Evil-esque manner. It was a typical bloodbath, gory, "shoot em in the head" zombie movie. Thats about all they did well. The blonde from American Pie should stick to bangin high school jocks, Ving Rames should have had more of a role in this one. Not likely to watch this again, unless someone else hasnt seen it, then maybe. The whole plot, and the ending was what you would expect...predictable. 4 out of 10
