The city of Dayton has disciplined police Chief Richard Biehl after his service weapon was stolen last month. The city’s law department said an administrative review concluded that Biehl may have been able to prevent the theft because entry into his vehicle, where the gun was located, was not forced, the city said in a statement. This is Libtard speak for he left his service weapon in an unlocked car in downtown Dayton. It's kind of a smaller Dayton version of Obama's "Fast and Furious" gun giveaway to the cartels. Biehl was issued a written reprimand and will have to reimburse the city $469 for the cost of the weapon.
