I HAVE DELINKED MANY HUNDREDS OF THESE IN MY TIME , IT'S FINE ONCE YOU GET A RHYTHM GOING TWIST PULL THROW AWAY THE LINK & PULL THE NEXT.

Bored Marines and gunpowder is never a good thing.

As far as tracers through the fifty. That was just our SOP. Supposedly it burned the barrel out faster. I dunno if it's true but the only time we were authorized to put tracers through any of the rifles was to mark targets. Shooting them for fun wasn't an option.
