Each year at deer camp (week before Thanksgiving) we have a challenge to build and compete with a gun, starting with the same stripped receiver. Last year was PSA daggers, this year is 10/22 s. We are starting with Brownells BRN-22 receivers.

The builds are going well. Lots of Kidd and Volquartsen parts. Some Weaver 36x scopes, Burris XTR Pro, Zeiss S3 etc. 80% of the possible score is base solely on target score, but there is also 20% for aesthetics and innovation. We have 15 competitors so far.

We have joined the ARA, and will loosely follow those rules in the unlimited class. We will eventually shoot an ARA match following all the rules. I do intend to use the ARA target and scoring procedure.

We have a beautiful covered firing line, and want to make it the best there is. Thinking about 200m and 300 yd target cameras and maybe the Eley scoring system for the .22 match

I'm looking for ideas to make the match as successful as possible, and our range as high tech and functional as possible.

Thoughts and ideas appreciated !
