Agreed, I don't see them selling a lot of them.

I bought a Rebel CRF with three position safety just before the company was sold. The base screw holes weren't fully drilled and the extractor wasn't modified to single feed rounds into the chamber through the ejection port. Nothing a gunsmith can't fix but at the price I paid I expected more.

These options have ways been available I do believe, they just weren't advertised. Saw a few custom 375 H&H dangerous game rifles built on these actions several years ago.

They're site isn't showing a picture of the entire bolt outside of the action but they definetly didnt offer an option with this bolt design. I'm a big fan of CRF actions but I'll single feed for the rest of my life before dropping $3,000 on just the action.

The price seems a little out to lunch... and I can't imagine there's a larger % of people who would prefer to have integral bases, than those who could pick and choose their base/ring combo.

My rebel came with the same. I had my gunsmith swap it for a two stage. It's a hunting rifle so I don't need the low trigger pull of a diamond.

Seems like they just don't want to make them. If you are bidding a job you don't really want to do them you give an unreasonable quote so that in the end you win either way
