Defiance Elite Inlet Question

My friend asked about the Defiance Elite's longer tenon thread length

Hes looking to put in a chassis: XLR, MDT, MPA, AI etc (not bedding a fiberglass stock or alike)

Has anyone had fit issues with the longer action length even though its still "R700 from the recoil lug back"

MDT ESS will require futzing with the back most portion of the forend. Can’t speak to anything else, but it’s generally good to know someone with a mill.

The extended threaded section is ~1.350” diameter for like an inch in front of the recoil lug, and the forend (when I bought it) lets 1.30” through and starts ~0.25” in front of the lug.

Traditional 1.25” truck axle isn’t enough! Definitely go for something with a completely open top.
