Anyone have any opinions/experience with Del-Ton AR's? I'm in the market for a good AR at a descent price and they're made right here in good ole NC.

I built my 22LR service rifle with their stripped upper/lower.
Not as tight as my RRAs, but definitely GTG. Finish is pretty good too.
If I'm not mistaken, they use ER-Shaw barrels, which I am not really fond of. But for the price, and if you're looking for a plinker, I would not complain.

Go to CMMG's bargain bin. For a little over $600 you could have a nice rifle. The two I got from them were indistinguishable from brand spankin. Bargain bin link

jse surplus has a good price on the del ton rifle kits, everything you need except a stripped lower is included.
