From pictures I see through the scope using one of these dryfire adapters, the targets still look somewhat blurry. Is that the case or is it just the camera making it look blurry?

Also, is there a lens in the adapter or is just a smaller diameter hole?

Thanks in advance

If the target/pic is at the right distance and under good lighting the targets are not blurry at all.
There is a lens in the adapter, at least for DFAT.

The distance and the light conditions affect it. Once you set it up, you’ll have to move to different distances until you get a clear picture. Just mark that position and dry fire from there in future.

Initial setup will take a few minutes to find the sweet spot, but after that your good to go

I use the I.O.T.A. system with a laptop computer. IDPA target sizes accurately scaled with H59 reticle over-lay on a Word document. Each target at various ranges is labeled which are then dropped and dragged on to separate document page that has a photo of my shooting range. I can then arrange the targets in any desired order on the range. The laptop screen is 11.6 feet from the front of the scope objective. Use the screen brightness to control what see thru the scope. It provides clear sharp targets to practice on.

I use blue painters tape to secure the adapter to the scope objective.
