I was just on the AI website and noticed they have civilian & professional categories for rifles. Under civilian was the AT-X , AT-ELR & AXSR while under professional is AT-X military, AT-ELR & AXSR military. Just wondering anybody know the difference between the AT-X & AT-X military? Are the military versions available to the general public?

No

From my point of view, the AT-XC comp/pro is nearly the same as the AT-X Mil. The only difference that I can see is that the forend bridge has also a picatinny rail. All the other 'options' like the rear grip, the folding hinge, the extra weight are the same as the AT-XC comp/pro model for civilians. The standard AT-X doesn't have the rear grip, the forend bridge nor the folding hinge.
Off course, military cannot choose for the red color, but that's quite obvious ;-)
