I'm wanting to do all my sizing with a sac modular die.

Yes if you screw it down all the way like I said it's a fl sizer and in my experience with 10 or so of them... They are small base.... If you leave it screwed out a couple tho you can trim and not touch the shoulders

The torque of the cutter engaging the neck requires enough "grip" from the die to keep the brass from spinning. If you try to get to ginger with the die, there is a possibility the brass will spin.
