I've been working on developing a load(this is my first time, be gentle). Today i shot groups to determine the distance off the lands and used a chrono for every shot while I was there. I started at .015 off and went to .090 in .015 increments. At 15 off, my group was about an inch and mv was 2950, velocity increased a little as i worked my way to 45 off where my group was a single hole and mv was 3040. Then I got to 60 off, where the group was well over an inch and mv was 2850. Then at 75 and 90, the groups were back to being a single hole and mv was back to 3040.
The mv increase from 15 to 45 makes sense to me, but what caused the huge jump at 60?
Load info: 6.5 creedmoor, 130gr berger hybrid, 43.2gr H4350, cci large magnum primers. Brass was neck sized only. Rifle is a RPR, 24" barrel
