If you haven't seen it already, look for the footage from the officers body camera.
As a father (who doesn't typically find himself being arrested) of 2 little kids, I was impressed at how the officers handled it. Once they saw the little girl coming their way, they made every effort to be 100% non-threatening and nice to the child.
The officers should be commended for how they acted. Any media outlet attempting to spin the story is just pathetic...
I'm aware of your feelings towards the police, and I don't completely disagree. That being said, these guys did the right thing.
