Rifle Scopes Do I need different Rings to Utilize adjustment

I Have ultra High Nightforce Rings on my barrett 98B. I threw the scope on and zeroed at 600? I know it is crazy but I eventually want to shoot 2000 yards. I have 70 MOA adjustment that is wasted when zeroed at 600 yards Only 30 left which put my maximun range at about 1375 yards. Do I need to cant the scope if so how? little help

Buy a 40 moa base, slap it on and you will be good to go.
