I just google'd union grove, we come up your way a couple times a year for cook for the US Soldiers Foundation. Brookshires is one of our really good supporters, we had a hoot in Tyler and sold a shit ton of chicken plates.

Here is the "Piginator" and this was us taking off 500lbs of chicken in Tyler last year.

Last one was up at Indiana Predator Challenge, cooking a whole hog, cut up to fit in jr!

I'll give you a shout before we come up next time, maybe hookup with some of your squad. Shoot the shit and have a few of them "Cool liquid sandwiches."

Speaking of up the shitter.....this yote came in to my deer stand this eve and was quickly exiting. All I had was a Texas heart shot, sent another 168 SMK, pretty devastating exit wound in my humble opine.

I've used 300gr .338 cal SMK's on elk and deer with devastating effect. However, I've had three pass-through's with 175gr .308 SMK's in deer. Deer all died, but I didn't find them until a couple of days (and coyotes) later. I was pretty disappointed and I won't use them again in that cal/weight.
