Do you know of a REALLY low, cantilever mount? (30mm, 0-MOA)

Some time back I bought a Monstrum / Amazon mount to try, proof of concept kind of thing. Better to spend $30 to find out it doesn't work than $200.

When I got it I was actually surprised with the quality. Moderately okay? At least the machining anyway. The screws on the other hand are crap and sort of roughly the right size for the tapped holes. I'm using it in a non traditional way on a rifle with decent recoil, so I have no faith in it holding up. I need zero MOA because I'm actually using it backwards, to set the scope rearward.

So I'm wondering if there's anything out of of GOOD quality, that's equally as low. Anyone know of anything off hand?

that's gonna be tough to find, cantilevers are generally made to be 1.5" scope height from rail because that's the minimum height you need to actually see through the scope.

Is more the CMP high power type:

As someone mentioned, look at NRA high power/CMP service rifle stuff.

Warne has a 1.43” cantilever mount.

Geissele has a 1.30” cantilever mount.

I have one of these and it's a PITA, most of my scopes won't fit as the turret housing will hit the base before the tube sits in the lower ring halves.
I ran into that with a low non-cantilever unimount. I think it is a discontinued Badger mount.

Anyway, I had to file down the base. It still has enough meat to retain rigidity when torquing it down, but now has a hair of clearance for the optic.

Geissele makes one that's very nice. Price is a bit high, but I think you get what you pay for in optics mounts.

Mmm... dug the rifle out and did some closer looking. Reality is I need all of about a 1/2" of offset. (I'd forgotten just how far forward the mount was... mounted.) Just a rear offset mount like they used to make would do the trick. Or scrap it all and try a different scope. (leaning that way). The erector housing of this stupid scope is huge. If it were a bit smaller I could just squeeze a narrow ring in there. But it's super tactical and 'uuuuuuge.

Now I'm starting to think I trust the scope even less than the mount. A little research shows lots of people with issues. They also seemed to stop making them. All things that point to having it a heavy recoiling rifle being a bad idea.
This minor issue seems to be getting more and more expensive.
