Does 2.100" CBTO sound short for a 6.5creedmoor?

Tried to use the hornady tool with modified case to get the ogive using SMK 130gr HPBT bullet. The measurement is about 2.100" after few tries. The OAL measurement compares to a 140gr FMJ factory ammo is about 0.2" shorter.

I am wondering if the CBTO sounds too short? Using the PVA tikka prefit barrel.

Yeah, I understand that. Just because when I got the measurement, half of the projectile is inside the neck, but the other 140gr factory ammo I have looks like pretty normal, at least 2/3 of the projectile is outside. I am not sure if that would affect a lot in terms of the brass capacity for powder load.
