Does the 700P have a 5R barrel?

I have been reading a good bit on the 700P and the 700SS 5R and a few sites I have been reading are saying that the 700P has the mil-spec barrel with 1:11.25 twist.
Did Remington make the 700P with the mil-spec or are all of the 700P mil-spec?

the P is a 26" 1:12,
The 5R is a 24" 5R 1:11.25

not a same barrel , 5R was superior

Yeh the Police model has a standard barrel, just in 26"
