Don’t bother with upgrading your account, seems to take weeks or more get an answer. By more, I mean I will let you know when someone responds to me on how to do this. This is like a democrat chat room, once you send them money they just keep taking it and ignore your plea to stop. This complaint is nothing negative towards the good people sharing info amongst one another, rather the non-responsive representation regarding this site. For all the people I have reached out to that says “this is not my job, go talk to someone else”. You are an embarrassment to ethical business and moral decency.
