I'm following some advices there and I've started to practice dot drill...
In the first 2 lines I've use glasses with black lenses ( never used before ) and my POI was very low....
in the 3rd and 4rd lines I've shooted with glasses off and the result was a little bit good... 37 seconds..... far away to be on smoking with 20 second... I've to a lot of practice..

I've also do same practice with my weak side, using the last 2 circle dot...also there need more practice..... now every time I'll go to my shooting range this exercise will be my first 20/25 rounds..

Re: Dot drill...... first time..

could be the black lenses hide some of the scope shadowing, resulting in low shots. Check ur paralax and ur NPA. Your cheek rest may be a little high.

Re: Dot drill...... first time..

Looks like you had it a few times.

These suggestions are based on personal experience but while you figure things out, patience during each shot will be your best friend.

Another thing is ammo, its hard to figure out what the problems are when there are many variables. A friend with a proven bench shooting rifle, shooting rest, etc... shot my ammo as well as his and there was a larger variable with my ammo than his. Then i tried his ammo and got the same results.

Just a few things i picked up from experience. Good luck.

Focus on all of the fundamentals not the time until you start cleaning the target. Speed will come later, if you can't consistently drive the fundamentals nothing else will matter.

If you don't feel 100% for the shot pass on it until your next breathing cycle, don't force a bad shot.

Remember we all miss or blow a shot at some point. Don't get frustrated. Use the target as a learning tool.

Keep your shooting shoulder relaxed. It looks like you might be pushing a little bit trying to force the bullet go into the dot.
