I have been getting double charged for my membership for months. Who do I need to speak with about this issue?

Me too. Can't cancel my PP because I have no PC. And PP pops an error message every time that it can't complete my task. Stopped looking and didn't bother asking around here because some folks were getting quite pissy when you asked them to cancel
Messaged the admin over a week ago. I also messaged an admin about this months ago. Nothing. What’s next?
They will take care of it. I did with the new system. Got a hold of admin, took care of it, and got it straightened out.
