DPMS and AR-10 .308 differences

Can someone tell me what, if any differences there are that would prevent use of DPMS parts in AR-10 and vice versa. I am particularly interested in dimensional differences in pin sizes, thread pitch ect. And can AR-15 parts, such as buffer tubes ect. be used in DPMS and/or AR-10?
