I want to buy one of the DPMS 243H or 260H rifles. I'm undecided as to which one to get and have a few questions for you who know more about them. I've simply not had much time to look into a few things.

What's the max OAL one can run in the mags?

Feeding issues with longer bullets in the .260?

With the 10 twist barrels I'd think that 95 gr bullets are the max in the .243 which is fine, but I may opt for the .260 if there aren't many issues with it.

Handloading for both is of no concern, I load a lot of ammo for many calibers.

The 243 and 260 use the same mags as the 308 and 2.8-2.82 is about the max you can get away with depending on your brand of magazine. As far as feeding goes my experience with my 308 has been that longer profile bullets feed better than shorter ones and AMAX plastic tips feed far easier than hollow points do.
