And I would say 80% of those kids who did that needed help. Either as simple as a good parental figure or are crying out trying to get someone to see the abuse they were going through. Parents spending all the $ on dope or gawdy manicures or way way worse.

The reason why society is so fucked up as it is right now because we keep coddling dumbasses and criminal scumbags. They "rescue" these losers so what can happen? So they end up really dead from their next and final OD in some tucked away alley? We can use these resources to fund REAL solutions like cancer and communicable diseases research, both of which kills thousands of innocent folks each year.

When people realize and understand that YOU have to make things work, not by complaining to authority figures, you get a real functioning society in no time.
Likewise, I am not in favor of trying to convince people not to swallow Tide Pods or play chicken with oncoming trains. There is an age when your parents protected you and taught you all about common sense and how to live safely. AND THEN there is an age where you better be able to make wise choices on your own. If you can't, and you fail to take the advice of your good-intentioned peers, then don't expect anyone to hold you back or save you when you fall into that waterlogged ditch. Same with hard drug users.

As far a I am concerned all of these dumb fucks should replace 35% hydrogen peroxide with 35% sodium hypochlorite. That would work faster and be more effective.
I was instructed to swish out my mouth with it when I had a tooth extraction, and to gargle it when I had a strep throat. Stung, but didn't seem to do much harm. Never swallowed any. And yes, it enhances scarring.

And yes, there are 'some' stores where you can purchase the 35%. You have to ask for it, as well as sign the 'poison book' in purchasing. But it is a simple process.
