Correct. If someone (a paid supporter) lists an item for sale, and they will accept trades for payment, you can do that.
Post Exchange Requirements
- All sales must comply with all State & Federal Laws regarding the item listed. It is the responsibility of the member listing their items to ensure they fully understand the laws in regards to the sale of their items. Each listing must fully lay out the applicable laws in writing when necessary to purchase restrictive items such as Class III items.
- You must be a Supporting or Commercial member to post. You are purchasing the ability to post and we are not responsible for monitoring your transactions. We do not participate in transaction negotiation or vet potential for buyers or sellers.
- If an item is posted for sale outside the Post Exchange, the post will immediately be removed and the user will be banned for 30 days with no notice, as the forum rules are considered the initial warning.
- Padding your post count will result in a temporary banning of 1 week. If you post more than 20 posts in a single day you will be considered to be padding your post regardless of the content.
- You must post a price in your ad to sell on this site. Any ads posted without prices will be removed.
- Members are allowed to decline a transaction without penalty. No reason is required for refusal of payment. If the parties involved cannot agree on the terms of purchase, or the sale seems suspicious, there is no requirement to complete the transaction.
- Users of the Post Exchange do so at their own risk. Any disputes or fraudulent transactions will result in one or both members being removed. Sniper's Hide cooperates with any and all requests from Law Enforcement without hesitation.
- Before you take part in a purchase or sale, be sure to check the feedback section of the buyers/sellers profile to see their reliability. If a user does not have extensive feedback, proceed at your own risk.
Post Exchange Recommended Guidelines
- If you are selling an item, you must be the owner. You are not allowed to make a sale on behalf of someone else. We are not responsible for any bad sales deals and any user found selling for another person will be permanently banned.
- Do not post anything unnecessary or harmful on another person's ad. For example, do mention that you were able to get your item for $100 cheaper or that you “think” their item may be fake or faulty. Any information of this nature should be sent to the seller via private message.
- If you identify an item that is a fake or cloned, private message the seller with that information. If the ad is not modified after alerting the seller, report the ad to a moderator.
- Buyer and Seller should remain in contact throughout the purchase process. For example, the seller should be notified when the payment is sent and the seller should inform the buyer when the item is being sent.
- While good communication is the key to a good deal, the communication is between the buyer/seller and should be through private message ONLY. Don't clog the boards by bumping an ad to say "Payment Sent" or "Shipped Today" and the always popular "Item received and it looks great."
- Bumping an advertisement more than once during a 48 hour period is prohibited.
