DTACS-Coated vs. Un-coated

Has anybody compared (speed) the DTACS coated vs. uncoated? I ordered the coated by mistake, intended to order uncoated. Have a friend that shoots uncoated, and we run a similar load, but he gets almost 100fps faster than I do using the coated version with same barrel length and twist (6GT). I am curious if anybody else has chronoed the two for comparison or maybe it's his just guns faster.

I have both and there's no speed difference for me.

If you want to uncoat them, just put them in the vibratory cleaner or wipe them down with denatured alcohol.
