Training Courses East Tennessee range and training/comp's

I live in East Tennessee. I am wanting to get into up to 1000 yard long range shooting. I am wanting to know if there are any places in North Georgia or east Tennessee to do any of this at? Maybe looking to do some precision stuff but just starting out.

I just found that place. Gonna make a ride out there and possibly compete in a steel target competition. If I place last atleast ingot some experience around good shooters.

We have a 1000 yard range at our club in Oak Ridge, TN. ORSA check it out at Oak Ridge Sportsman Association. Several matches are shot there.
