This is the version before the Lodrag II. It has the scabbard it is just folded up in the pic. There is a stain on the top flap, I wiped it with a wet wipe and got most of it off so it may come out if you scrub it. It is used but there are no rips or pulls in the material. Overall it is in great shape if you don't mind the stain.
