Do we have a thread here for EDC? My search returned nothing. I'm kind of a "goodie" guy, so I like this type of shit. Maybe post up your loadout, gear comment, etc.?

I'll start. Glock 42 w/Vickers mag ext., extra mag, Streamlight pro-tac 1aaa, Swiss Army camper, Kershaw Leek, wallet, home made paracord bracelet, Samsung Galaxy S7 (used to take the photo)

I'm not including truck gear, back packs, etc.. Just a level one pocket loadout.

It definitely depends on where I’m going, so consider this tonight’s “pocket dump” and not always my EDC. Sometimes it’s just a shield 9 with 2 spare mags, pocket knife and flashlight. Again depends on where we are going and what I’m wearing.

Gotcha, I thought that was an empty chamber. But then again I’ve also seen some aftermarket triggers with really short resets, just not quite that short.

Short answer: yes. My carry gun goes clear when I'm inside. I have 2 young children to spend time with (safely). I also have 2 amazingly friendly pit bull terriers that stay right by the couch with me. But if I relinquish the location of the Remington 1100 loaded with 00, or the AR pistola, that would just ruin the surprise. Cant a guy be comfortable after 70 hours of work?

^^Streamlight latest model, ~$40, and its versatile enough to almost substitute for rifle light compared to a 300 lumen Surefire with offset mount $400 ! I keep the little lights around everywhere as they quite handy and fit easily into dress slack pockets. Blade is a MicroTech stiletto, Ultratech model.

Here's my simplistic EDC, been carrying the smaller items for years. The pistol has been carried for about a year now. Inspires a lot more confidence carrying a full-size. I used to carry a G43 but I couldn't hit shit outside of 5 yds. Not pictured is a Samsung Galaxy S8+ that is also part of my EDC.

Depending on weather a S&W M&P Shield 45 acp,Ruger 1911 LW Commander 45 ACP both carried AIWB.

I know, another Glock... nothing fancy but I trust this pistol with my life. I carry it every day, it's never let me down.

Glock 27 with G23 mag inserted. Loaded with Barnes 140gr HPs. Spare 10rd G27 mag loaded with 180gr FMJ.

Wenger 7290X watch, cheap, comfortable band.

Energizer 3V LED flashlight. So I dont have a coronary if lose it like I would my Surefires. Works just as well... $25.

Kershaw Al Mar AM-3, light, compact little knife. I ordered the AM-4 because this one is a bit too small for what I use it for. Itll make a good pack knife.

AlienGear IWB holster, great holster and well broken in.

Nothing really cool or exotic, but I carry these every day without fail. Besides my Glock they are all affordable, durable items I could live with losing.
