Rifle Scopes Elevation Range for LR Scope

I know this has probably been cussed and discussed before .Any search that I have done has turned up nothing .When shopping for a scope for LRS what elevation range would you consider a bare minimum ?

Bare Min: 15 MILS - 45 MOA
Optimal: 30 mils - 100 MOA
