a lot of us people in the state would not mind if Disney and epcot burned to the ground. Disney was the start of the destruction of cent FL. the coasts have been in trouble a good while and that mess is spreading. SE is paved from at least Palm Beach to Homestead. SW side getting there. NE is same.
right. Desantis did manage to end their own little separate gov scam. $s do buy pols here like everywhere. i can't imagine the $ amt of bribes paid out to various county commissions and bureaucrats in FL over the last 50 years. 500 unit apts,300 home subdivisions built on 2 lane roads one after another. saw it in Tampa in 80s,Orlando in 90s,hitting Gainesville now in ways hard to fathom,Manatee county same now.

Went in September, Disney World park, w/ my granddaughter and it's the most woke DEI employer I've ever seen. I've haven't seen more fat, gay, blue haired, disinterested, mask wearing employees anywhere, ever. It's fucking pitiful.
They're also removing Tom Sawyer's island. They don't say why, but we know why. Actually they say it's to make room for a Cars themed expansion but it would make way more sense to remove the lame ass racetrack for this new expansion. It's in the correct area and has the space needed.
