Hitting it right on the head about the haters that talk shit. It is always the ones running their mouths that have never stepped up to do the work. You have the dudes in the unit talking a big game before deployment but are always the first ones to freeze when the rounds start coming in. Also, excellent PSA for the kids listening as well lol. Made me think back to all the JROTC kids in HS that talked a big game about how they were going to go be Snipers/SF/Rangers/SEALs... yet only two of us actually went in...and only one did what he said he was going to do. ;)

Keep up the great podcasts man. Fuck the haters and rock on.

I am actually getting a ton of positive feedback on it,

I figured I had nothing at all to say and was only going through the motions of the podcast, and just decided to rant about what was in front of me.

The Raid reading is getting a lot of positive comments too,

What I find comical, here I am dropping F Bombs in the rant, but wouldn't read Marc's Raghead comment in his raid notes

What were you demoing for NF and S&B that you sent back?

Edit: On yeah, fuck Facebook in it's unholy entirety.

It worked out well for ya man. It was cool to hear ya read off the parts and makes me wish I did more to document deployments. Nothing as high speed as that operation but still would have been smart to do and have made for a good read years later. I think I started and then about a week in just got too busy with the tempo and stopped. Eh, maybe next go around lol.

I’m sure most of those that listen to your podcast aren’t going to be turned off from F bombs, but the raghead comments may or may not upset a few peeps here and there. It is what it is though.

It’s always a good day when I see a new podcast popping up from you, Caylen, Phil, and Tyler.

Enjoyed the rant as well, was fun to listen to on my commute.

Also, fuck the groups on Facebook. Sadly enough, it was the precision rifle groups on Facebook that ultimately made me throw in the towel on Facebook. It's impossible to have candid discussions on there. "Echo chamber" is an understatement. You say anything that isn't 100% aligned with the group think mentality then the herd piles up on you. I had a few arguments with Jim See on there, but eventually realized it was pretty pointless to even waste my time.

I was really curious to see what was going to happen with your comments on Curtis actions - I've known they were experiencing some pretty bad issues for such an expensive action for a while but my feedback wasn't really well received on that, the Curtis owners on here really didn't like hearing that they may not have bought the best product.

Sometimes the truth hurts. If they don't like the message, fuck 'em.

Might have to give Curtis the IOR treatment

Perhaps Curtis should spend more time improving the quality of their overpriced product.

I have a few friends that are in Utah and somewhat close to Curtis, and they've been burned and won't touch them.

Taking the low road like they are just shows how little integrity they have. Fuck em.

I seem to remember initially thinking they were a Two lug action, then before I finished my thought I mentioned two lugs, vs 3, but cut the thought short realizing I made a mistake.

I find it comical they are focused on that one thing, I fumbled two lug vs 3....

LOL. If they gotta find something, for God sake let it be the lug count .

Should show them how AI does it... "The British 6".

They are going to have to update that marketing wank now too.

Not sure if Frank and Mike will see this and not trying to thread jack but I listen to the podcast everyday even on replay. Reading this I just want to say I support what you guys do and keep it up!! You guys have helped me in my shooting quest over anyone I have ever followed.

BUT I was wondering if you guys will happen to be at Mile High coming saturday? I am coming from Texas to Denver for a wedding would be awesome to shake you guys hand.

The trolls are here also, I just think most of us are smart enough (adult) to ignore and keep scrolling.
I have tried a couple of times to help them see the light but then I stop wasting my time. Some people get sooo ramped up on the dumbest things.
I have never been to worried about getting more “likes” on my feed. I feel good enough about myself I don’t need strangers telling me I’m gtg.

Keep the truth rolling out Frank!

<chuckle>. I love my AI, but Remington had six lugged bolts lonnnngggg before AI was even a thing (788, 581/2 & 591/2). Now if they could just reliably make a quality action these days....

    Anyways, just a data point...

Hehe, yeah I thought the same thing actually. Like you said though - if the actions were decent. Using the Remington as my example above would have been misguided.
