Rifle Scopes EREK knob help needed

I've been shooting my rifle with my USO w/EREK and my suppressor as is for the past 3000 rounds. I've got training tomorrow and I've decided to shoot without the suppressor for awhile. My data book shows me that should expect my POI to be 2 MOA high without the suppressor. The problem is that my EREK knob is adjusted to the point that I cannot dial 2 MOA down without hitting the stop.

It would be greatly appreciated if someone who understands how the EREK knob functions could explain what I will need to do to get it adjusted relatively quickly. I'll be zeroing at training tomorrow and won't have a lot of time to screw around with it and both times I've zeroed this scope it took me a few tries to get it right. I'm not normally a mechanical idiot but I have yet to grasp the procedure on this scope.

You will have to put your adjusting cap with the hole in it on there and take a Allen and move your erector up to give you a little more down travel. If you'll be swapping a Supressor on and off I suggest you tweak it to where it's bottomed out with the Supressor, and you have to add a couple minutes in when it's off.

I'm going to leave the suppressor off. I haven't shot the rifle outside of training in well over a year. Whenever I shoot there are 10-12 other rifles on the line firing with me so I still have to wear hearing protection. Kind of a waste and it'll be easier to shoot off hand without the weight on the end.

Thanks again fellas. I switched the caps and adjusted the erector last night. Only took four rounds to get it zeroed this morning.
